Dante's Way, an unmissable hike
In 1306 Dante Alighieri, during a travel to France, walking on a way through the hills of Noli, had the opportunity to see a thriving maritime republic. And he wrote about it in the 5th Cantos of “the Purgatory” (“Vassi in Sanleo e discendesi in Noli”). With the topic of remember this historical and cultural connection, some years ago was created the way through the hinterland of Noli known as “Passeggiata Dantesca” (“Dante's Way”). This way is one of the favorite by the trekker that spend time in our town, mainly due to the awesome views and natural attractions that you can find along it.
